This is always such a fun post to put together.
I love to go back through the wonderful engagement sessions, family portrait sessions, and pet portrait sessions from the past year; I have so much fun at all of these sessions, and I love that each of these photographs is a memory to be cherished for many years.
On Facebook, there has been a “challenge” to share your most recent Facebook profile picture and your first picture. Photography has come a long way! It makes me smile to see these photos that are 10, 11, and 12 years old; pictures hold so many memories, and these pictures – the ones from 2018 – will one day be those same memories that help us remember the “good old days” and bring a smile to our face. A saying that I have been thinking about lately is one that I saw, of all places, on Joanna Gaines’ Instagram. It read: “The good ol’ days are still to come.” Hopefully these photos bring a smile to your face too, and one day, I’m sure these will be the “good ol’ days” – but I hope we have many more to come!
