I am so excited to share my favorite wedding photos from 2016!
This blog post was SO challenging for me to put together because I have an incredible number of favorites from all of the beautiful weddings I photographed this year! This year, I photographed weddings in Maryland and Virginia, and I had the chance to see some new-to-me venues and return to some of the wonderful venues I have photographed at in previous years. Throughout the year, I stored my absolute favorite wedding photos in a folder on Dropbox (there is another folder for embarrassing moments and behind the scenes… that fun post is coming soon!). But when I went to sort through my collection of favorites, I had more than 400 from the year! So it took me a while to narrow it down. I tried to choose the photos that moved me in some way, showcased something special or important to the couple, or were just so stunning that I couldn’t pass up the chance to share them again :)
2016 has been a big year for Brooke Tyson Photography; I photographed so many incredible weddings and I got to know so many wonderful couples along the way. I say this way too much, but it is true – I really think I have the absolute best couples. I am so fortunate to work with such genuinely kind and caring people, and I feel so lucky to walk into each wedding day feeling like I am celebrating with one of my closest friends!
