I am SO excited to share photos of Shaun and Nick’s ADORABLE newborn triplets!! Kelsey and I photographed Shaun and Nick’s GORGEOUS Pier 5 wedding in 2016, and we loved getting to know these two – and have been so thankful for their friendship ever since. So when Shaun contacted me to let me know that she was pregnant, I was so excited for her – and could not believe the news that she was pregnant with TRIPLETS!!
In early February, Shaun and Nick welcomed THREE beautiful babies: Quinn, Wyatt, and Hunter! Early in her pregnancy, Shaun and Nick learned that Shaun was pregnant with twins. So they were VERY surprised when they went back for the next ultrasound and Nick noticed something unusual on the screen. He asked the technician if he was seeing what he thought he was seeing: a third baby. And, incredibly, he was! Not only was this a huge surprise for Shaun and Nick, but the odds of having non-identical triplets is one in 40,000! (These two made the news – there are lots of very cool articles about them and their new babies – like this one linked here!). And Shaun and Nick may just be the one in 40,000 couples that take such life-changing news in stride. They are two of the kindest and most easy-going people, and they both are so giving and sweet. Hunter, Quinn, and Wyatt have the best parents, and I think they know it! These three little ones are SO wonderful!! It was incredible to already see their different personalities emerging, and also to see just how easy-going these three all are – just like their mom and dad!!
Kelsey and I has such a wonderful afternoon photographing Shaun, Nick, and their amazing three babies, and we loved meeting their new dynamic trio!! It was so fun spending the afternoon with these five – and Shaun’s wonderful parents – and seeing all of the ADORABLE outfits that Shaun picked out for her little ones!! (Just wait until you see their “Where the Wild Things Are” outfits!! So, so cute!!). Wyatt, Quinn, and Hunter are so cute (and so funny, too! They have such big personalities!!). And Shaun and Nick were so calm throughout their session; even though these two are new parents, they make caring for three babies look easy (seriously! I don’t know how they do it!). On top of welcoming three new babies into their family, Shaun and Nick have three beautiful cats (three and three!), and they just moved into Nick’s childhood home a few weeks ago! It has been a whirlwind for these two, and they handle everything with so much grace and joy. They truly are incredible people, and being around them is so much fun. Shaun and Nick, Kelsey and I love you both so much, and we LOVE your three beautiful babies!! We are so honored to have had the opportunity to meet and photograph them, and we are so excited to see these three grow up!!
