It was so fun to photograph Julie, Frank, and their adorable rescue pup, Albus!! Julie and I have been friends for many years, and it was so fun to see her and Frank!! Julie’s family owns an incredible, stunning farm in Howard County, and Julie was kind enough to open this space up for mini sessions. It was so fun to photograph Julie and Frank in such a special place to Julie, too, and so nice that they could include their wonderful dog, Albus!
Julie and Frank adopted Albus from the same rescue where Justin and I adopted Hailey – and just one week later, too!! What are the odds? Both Albus and Hailey came from K-9 Lifesavers rescue, and both of these collie-mix dogs are black with brown points. I am convinced our dogs are related – they look SO similar! We got them together for a playdate, and while they had fun, neither one had a “my long-lost sibling!” reaction. But you never know! :) Albus was such a ham during his portrait session, and he loved rolling in the grass with his favorite people and going for mini “walks” for pictures!
