When Justin and I were in Maui for our honeymoon, we had so many incredible experiences; we hiked to waterfalls and ocean views, we went ziplining, we rode horses through the mountains, and we drove along the coastline on a singlelane highway (not for long – that was terrifying!). But in addition to our fun adventures, one of our favorite experiences was meeting Amy. Amy is the owner of Case Creative, and she is a local portrait photographer. Not only is Amy extremely talented, but she is SO sweet and kind. She is someone that truly has a kind heart, and you can see that love in her work. She is such a genuine person, and we had such a great time getting to know her. I have been so fortunate to stay in touch with Amy since, and I am so, so thankful for the friendship that has grown from that!
On the third day of our honeymoon, Justin and I met up with Amy at a super well-hidden (and GORGEOUS) beach for some portraits! It was such a fun experience, and I cherish those pictures so much. I have two of them hanging as canvases in my home as a reminder of our honeymoon! Maui is, hands down, the most beautiful location we have ever had our portraits taken. It is so special to us to have these. (I’ll be sharing those on the blog later this week!!).
After our portraits, I talked Amy into letting me take some portraits of her. Not only is Amy such a talented, creative, and sweet individual, but she is basically a model! She is such a natural beauty, and her smile is so genuine.
I loved getting to know Amy during our Maui honeymoon, and I love reliving all of the wonderful things that Maui has to offer through her beautiful, creative photos on her Facebook page and Case Creative blog. Enjoy a few of my favorites of Amy :)
Doesn’t she have the most incredible eyes?
I admit it… I have a total obsession with sun flares!
That smile!!
It was so fun meeting you, Amy!!
