Ashley + Cullen, a Tidewater Inn Wedding

Ashley and Cullen celebrated their marriage with so many family and friends at a beautiful Tidewater Inn ceremony and reception on June 9! Ashley and Cullen first met at Atholton High School in 2006 in Earth Science class. They were seated next to each other and Ashley’s friendly personality and talkative nature won Cullen over :) In 2016, Cullen proposed to Ashley at Schooley Mill Park with a GORGEOUS ring and another surprise – a newly adopted puppy! (I know – such a dream!). Now, more than ten years after these two first met in high school, Ashley and Cullen are MARRIED!

I am so excited to share this wedding because these two are so special to me! I first met Ashley and Cullen through my good friend, Kevin; Kevin and Ashley met in college when they both went to HCC and UMBC, and these two have been very close friends for years. Kevin was in Ashley’s bridal party, and Cullen’s bestman is also someone I have known for many years – Jake. I lived in the same neighborhood as Jake and his twin sisters – plus Jake’s dad and my dad are best friends! It is such a small world! But it is so surprise that Ashley and Cullen have so many wonderful friends; these two are so sweet, caring, and thoughtful. They are clearly loved by so many people. And as a side note, Ashley and Cullen are a GORGEOUS couple!! Just wait until you see their beautiful pictures!!

The weather on Ashley and Cullen’s wedding day was INCREDIBLE – these two were so lucky! When the day began, Ashley helped her bridal party get ready before she put on her own wedding dress (she is so sweet). And just wait until you see Ashley’s wedding gown!! Ashley took a trip up to New York City to visit Kleinfeld’s Bridal, of “Say Yes to the Dress” fame (I watched every single season leading up to my wedding!). Ashley chose a BEAUTIFUL gown; I love the lace! And what a cool experience to go to Kleinfeld’s!! Meanwhile, Cullen and his wedding party were getting ready as well. Cullen gifted his groomsmen monogramed flasks, and this group had so much fun during portrait time :) Ashley and Cullen wanted to see each other for the first time at their wedding ceremony, and at the end of the ceremony, these two captured a selfie! So fun!! After some beautiful pictures of these two, their wedding party, and their families, these two got to have fun – and what a fun reception this was!!

Ashley and Cullen love sharing sushi together, these two are big fans of horror films, and they love dogs – so they included their pups in their wedding day. Ashley and Cullen have two ADORABLE pups, Allie and Tucker, who are featured on their wedding cake! It is so cute!! Ashley and Cullen served cupcakes at their wedding, topped with the sweetest cake topper that included figurines of Ashley and Cullen plus their pups Allie and Tucker. It looks so much like them too!
