I have just loved getting to know Sarah and Thomas this past year. We initially met for coffee, where we chatted about their cat, Mabe, (and of course I talked about my pets too!), and then we hung out for a few hours in downtown Ellicott City for their engagement session. So I was so excited for their Savage Mill Manor wedding – but no one was more excited than Sarah!! Even though she was so excited for her big day, Sarah was so down to earth and level headed as always. She is so good at going with the flow!
Sarah and her bridesmaids got ready at the manor, and then after some gorgeous sunlit bridal portraits, we all headed over to the Wilde Lake Interfaith Center for the wedding ceremony! It was wonderful – and such a perfect evening! After Sarah and Thomas said “I do”, we headed back to the Manor for the celebration :)
Sarah and Thomas decorated everything in sunny yellow and green, and the tables were adorned with bride and groom rubber ducks (so cute!). The seating chart was a rubber duck pond, with their immediate family members in the pond and guests in the lily pads (so creative!), and the cake was topped with a duck pair :) For favors, Sarah and Thomas home-brewed bottles of mead for their guests! How cool is that?!
My husband – Last Avalon Films – was the videographer at Sarah and Thomas’s wedding; you can see his video here: https://vimeo.com/143820444 Valerie of Valerie Michelle Photography second shot with me and she was awesome as always! Check out her gorgeous night shots at the end!
Congratulations, Sarah and Thomas!! I loved getting to know you two and celebrating with your family and friends :)
