LOVE this so much! I believe this is a cherry blossom. My parent’s neighbor’s driveway is lined with pink and cream cherry blossoms, and they are practically raining petals right now. It is so beautiful! I wish Maryland looked like this all year.
Behind my parent’s home is a beautiful orchard, and right now the trees are blooming in a variety of pinks and creams. I stopped by to visit my parents after work on Thursday and as I pulled in the driveway, I saw these flowers and turned back around, drove to my house for my camera, and came back – and it was totally worth it!
Old and new hydrangeas
Below are just a few from in the woods:
On my way home from work, I pass a house with a field full of daffodils. Unfortunately, this year the daffodils started blooming and then we had an unusual late snowstorm, so the flowers do not look as nice this year as they did in years past. So when I went to take a few pictures of them last week, I found that I loved this shot of the trail (with the sun setting between the trees) even more than that of the daffodils.
